HEALTH 4 FREE MISSIONS (H4F Mission)
Health4Free intends to provide free health care services to deprived communities in Ghana, through a Mobile Health Care Delivery (MHCD) program called the Health4Free Missions.
We believe that health should not be a privilege for the few wealthy people in society. Sickness is no respecter of persons and does not consider a person’s financial status. Many people unfortunately lose their lives not because there are no health facilities in the country but they cannot afford basic health care.
In supporting the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), Health4Free Missions is creating free Health Care for the needy, to help cure other diseases that the scheme does not cover. With support from our donor partners, we hope to touch many lives in Ghana and beyond.
Health4Free Missions has adequate medical facilities and equipment to bring basic healthcare to the doorsteps of the needy in these deprived communities. We have all purposed mobile vans to transport medical equipment, drugs, and medical teams to any part of this country and beyond. The mission will collaborate with the Ministry of Health, Ghana Health Service, Chives, Opinion Leaders, and other stakeholders associated with this course. The mission will continue to seek financial support for this project and also sort for appropriate drugs to be delivered for free.
SCOPE OF WORK
Identify:
We collaborate with Ministry of health, Ghana health Service, community health services, opinion leaders, to identify where Health 4 Free mission will create a lot of value. We also identify areas where community health services are needed through various channels such as news publication, request from the people in the community and opinion leaders, social media, etc.
Investigate:
When such requests are received by Health 4 Free Mission, our in house expects will physically visit such communities to review the request and understand the medical needs of the community before such requests can be considered by the mission.
Organize:
Health 4 free missions have team on the ground to respond adequately to such request. The head of the team will in such situations put the team together to ensure that the appropriate medical team are also put together, the needed drugs, etc are made ready for a takeoff. On arrival in the community, the mission will inform the team and opinion leader present and also inform all community members about our medical schedule.
Evaluation:
After the project, a team will be put together to access and evaluate the execution of all project. Lessons learnt will help to improve subsequent projects.
Report:
The team will prepare a report after each mission. Reporting shall be continues process for this project and will help to give clear overview of the progress of this project to our partners.
